Thank you so much for your beautiful insight Rebecca Lewis!!!

If he belittles you & constantly finds fault in you, that's not love. If he always injures your confidence, instead of trying build you up & encourage you, that's not love. If he isolates you & refuses to support your friendships outside of him, that's not love. If he minimizes the hurt he causes you & refuses to validate your feelings, that's not love. If he obsessively calls & shows up uninvited wherever you are, that's not love. If you find yourself apologizing for being true to yourself, that's not love...
It's abuse.
Take off your cape, you can't save him...You aren't God. You can't love the abuser out of him. He will manipulate your love and use it against you. He will only continue to feed on you & your emotions, until he has destroyed you. It's a vicious cycle & you have the power to stop it; quit making excuses for him, pick up your pieces and walk away.

If you or someone you know needs help, or has questions please call 606-784-6880
