ONE IN THREE Kentucky women will be a victim of intimate partner violence. In year’s past, Kentucky’s 15 domestic violence programs responded to almost 28,000 crisis-related calls, sheltered over 4,400 victims and their children ….. (shop & share brochure).
All Kroger stores throughout Kentucky participate, as well as Food City, Super Dollar, and some IGA and Save-A-Lot stores. We’ll be collecting donations for DOVES at the Montgomery County and Rowan County Krogers, as well as the Menifee and Morgan County* IGAs, and Bath County Save-A-Lot.
To participate, visit one of the participating stores on Saturday, February 11, 2023, from 9am to 5pm and purchase listed items to be donated and distributed among the shelters of the Kentucky Coalition Against Domestic Violence. Volunteers will be ready at each Kroger location to accept your donations. A full shopping list of needs can be found here.
